TERMS OF SERVICE

✦ Clients must clearly and precisely explain the desired services to begin the hiring process.
✦ I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
✦ You must be 18+ to commission NSFW artwork.

PAYMENTS AND REFUND

✦ Payment is made via PayPal / Revolut (preferred) / PIX (Brazil only).
✦ Payment must be made 100% upfront before I start the work.
✦ Partial payments may be accepted in special cases if discussed beforehand.✦ If I cancel the commission, you will receive a full refund.
✦ 50% refunds are available during Sketch.
✦ No refunds during Lineart/Color/Shading.
✦ No refunds for completed work.

DEADLINES AND WORK PROCESS

✦ The delivery time depends on the complexity of the commission and my current queue.
✦ The estimated completion time is 1 – 2 weeks.1. The client sends references of the character.
2. I send an initial sketch for approval.
3. Corrections or adjustments can be requested during the sketch stage.
4. After the sketch is approved, I proceed to the final artwork.
- Major changes after the sketch approval may require an additional fee.

USAGE

✦ The client may:
- Use the artwork for personal use.
- Post it on social media with credit to the artist.✦ The client may not:
- Resell the artwork.
- Use it for commercial purposes without purchasing a commercial license.
- Claim the artwork as their own.
- Remove the artist’s signature.
- Use the artwork for AI training, machine learning datasets, or NFTs.
- No copying/tracing of any of my artworks, even if commissioned.

OTHERS

✦ I like a little artistic freedom, I try not to be too specific.
✦ Excessive minor revisions may be declined (this means editing lots of small things, eg. The leg needs to be 1 cm smaller, etc.)
✦ You must speak at least conversational English or Portuguese.Copyright
✦ The artist retains all copyright to the artwork.
✦ I may:
- post the artwork in my portfolio
- share it on social media
- use it as commission examples
- If the client wants to keep the artwork private, this must be discussed beforehand.
